Larry Levine was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989 as a non-performer for his work as an audio engineer with Phil Spector.
He was part of the “Wall of Sound” team that produced many classic pop records in the 1960s. You can find proof of his induction on the official website of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame1, where he is listed under the category of “Ahmet Ertegun Award”. You can also read more about his career and achievements on LarryLevineRecordingEngineer.com or Wikipedia.
He was a pioneer and a legend in the music industry.
All this time we thought he should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and he was!!
